We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App or any part of it.
Coins, bottle designs, themes, and other in-game items are virtual content with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, or refunded except where required by law or by Apple's App Store policies. We may adjust the game economy, content, and features at any time.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, refunds, and payment issues are governed by Apple's terms. Prices may vary by region and may change.
The App displays third-party advertising, including optional rewarded videos. Ad content is provided by ad networks and is not endorsed by us.
We may release updates that are required to continue playing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without liability.
You agree not to exploit bugs, interfere with the App's operation, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KASOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
